NOEMI | CLEAR FOR HYBRID DYE
The clear can be added to any other Noemi color to lighten the colors with a few nuances.
Application: For lighter shades, mix the Clear with the desired color (Noemi Dye) in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 until a creamy and smooth consistency is obtained. Then add Noemi oxidant 3% in ratio (1:1) and mix.
