To place an order on the website, you must be a professional working in the hair and beauty industry. You must also have a valid Chamber of Commerce number. Browstar Cosmetics has the right to cancel an order.

Browstar Cosmetics cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of ordering. In that case, Browstar Cosmetics will contact you. Browstar Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the website or the inability to use the website.
We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a contract by electronic written notice to you in the following situations, (without liability for any damages or costs other than a refund of any amount received from you in relation to the canceled contract:
- the product is unavailable or out of stock;
- your billing details are incorrect or unverifiable;
- your order is marked by our security systems as an unusual order or an order that is susceptible to fraud;
- your transfer has not been received within 12 calendar days after acceptance of your order;
- there has been an error in the price displayed on the website;
- in the event of spelling errors, price or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
PRICE
The prices of the products, services and shipping costs on the site are in euros and exclude VAT.
Browstar Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred in your receiving country.
DISPATCH
We always ship your order as quickly as possible. That means within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day; we do not ship on national holidays. Browstar Cosmetics uses an external carrier to ship the ordered items. The carriers that Browstar Cosmetics uses are: Postnl, DHL, UPS and DPD. Browstar Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for delays with the third party carrier, for example caused as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts etc.
EXCHANGE
We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item or color you require.
RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving a product, you may return it to us at your own expense. Only unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund. If the packaging has been opened and it appears that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, then the product cannot be returned. So be careful when placing orders. The condition for returning is that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email to info@browstarcosmetics.com before you send the return. As a customer you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products. Browstar Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost during transport to Browstar Cosmetics. Browstar Cosmetics cannot provide refunds if we do not receive your returned products.

CREDIT
As soon as the package has been received in good order, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs (shipping costs to you and the return costs) will be credited. Crediting will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been credited.
WRONG DELIVERY
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you did not order, please leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is used or has its lid or cap opened will be considered a product accepted by the customer. The product cannot then be returned or exchanged. DAMAGED OBJECTS
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately by email: browstarcosmetics@gmail.com We will take the item back, exchange it for a new one or credit you with the purchase price.
PAYMENT
We accept Ideal, Paypal, Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. The payment will be debited from your account and deleted when your order is shipped. You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit/debit card owner to use it. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Browstar Cosmetics, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
