Hydration and nourishment. The new formula of Novel Moisturizing Serum provides intensive repair and protection of lashes after step 1 and 2.

The composition is enriched with a complex of 5 minerals (zinc, copper, magnesium, iron, silicon) - an ingredient with proven effectiveness in hair restoration.

The unique mineral complex strengthens the hair structure, fills it with nutrients, smoothes the cuticle and gives an incredible shine to eyelashes and eyebrows.

Novel Moisturizing Serum also contains panthenol and hydrolyzed keratin in a high concentration.

Hydrolyzed Keratin restores damaged parts of the hair, smoothes the surface. Keratin works from the inside and outside, penetrates the hair structure, making the hair thicker.

Panthenol repairs damage to hair, envelops it with a protective film, adds volume. Nourishes, moisturizes, stimulates growth.

The consistency of the serum is water-oily. Effectively dissolves glue residues, cleans eyelashes. 10ML

DEVELOPMENT TIMES: Apply after dyeing the eyelashes. Or after the mask. Step 3 is the last step. Advise the client to keep the eyelashes dry for at least 4 to 24 hours so that step 3 can work optimally.
