OKO SMART STEP Lifting and Lightening Activator is a professional hydro booster that prepares the hair and skin for lash lifting, brow lifting, long-lasting eyebrow styling, and lightening. The activator hydrates, activates, and stabilizes the hair structure, allowing subsequent formulas to work faster, more gently, and more evenly.

For predictable lifting results

SMART STEP prepares the hair before STEP 1 LIFT is applied. Due to its hydrating action, dry and resistant hair becomes softer and more elastic, making it more responsive to lifting and lightening formulas. This helps to reduce the processing time of Step 1, limit chemical impact, and prevent dryness or stiffness.

More than an activator

SMART STEP can also function as an intelligent makeup base with a smoothing effect and long-lasting hold. The formula instantly saturates the skin with moisture, evens out the micro-relief, and creates a smooth base for makeup application without dryness or patchiness. Thanks to the moisturizing matrix and Zinc PCA, makeup looks cleaner and lasts longer, without stickiness, heaviness, or a silicone film effect.

Instructions

Use during brow lifting, lash lifting, or brow lightening

SMART STEP is ideal for preparing dry, stiff, thick, or damaged hairs for professional treatments.

  1. Cleanse the lashes or brows with OKO Shampoo Cloudy Foam 3-in-1.
  2. Apply SMART STEP to clean, dry hairs.
  3. Leave on for 30 seconds to 1-2 minutes, depending on the condition of the hairs.
  4. Remove excess product with a dry cotton pad or cotton swab.
  5. Proceed with the lifting or lightening treatment.

Use as home care

SMART STEP can also be used between treatments as an intensive moisturizing care for lashes and brows.

  1. Apply a small amount of product.
  2. Allow it to absorb completely.
  3. If desired, follow with a nourishing or fixing product.

Use as makeup base

SMART STEP can also be used as a moisturizing primer before makeup.

  1. Apply a thin layer to clean skin.
  2. Allow to absorb for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Then apply makeup.
