Step 1 lifting lotion

Ruthie Belle's gentle Cysteamine Lash & Brow Lifting Lotion is suitable for both eyelashes and eyebrows.

The cysteamine-based formula achieves amazing results your clients will love with earth- and lash-friendly ingredients like cysteamine and plant-based amino acids.

The results last as long as with traditional aggressive lifting lotions, but because the Cysteamine Lifting Lotion does not dry out the lashes:

  • It prevents the eyelashes and eyebrows from overprocessing
  • Your clients do not need any special home care to nourish their lashes
  • You can repeat the eyelash and eyebrow lift treatments as often as your client wishes.

Step 2 Fixing lotion

Fixing lotion is the second step of the eyelash and brow lift treatment that lowers the pH and neutralizes the effect of the lifting lotion. As a result, the cuticles will close and permanently "fix" the hair in its new shape.

Ruthie Belle's setting lotion does not contain sodium bromate. Instead, we use Hydrogen Peroxide, which makes the lotion work like a hair conditioner after washing - to close the cuticles and keep lashes and brows healthy and strong.

Instructions

Lash Lift:

Processing time: 6-10 minutes

Once the lifting lotion has done its job, it's time to neutralize the effects and give the lashes their final shape with fixing lotion.

Inner corner lashes are thinner and require less processing time than outer corner lashes. So apply setting lotion from the inner corner of the eye to achieve an even lift. Lash lift looks best when the lift is even.


NB!Leave the fixing lotion on for two minutes less than step 1. With a maximum application time of 10 minutes.

For example, if you let step 1 work for 12 minutes, then you let step 2 work for 10 minutes.

Brow lift:

Processing times 4 to 6 minutes. Depending on how long you let step 1 work. Always let step 2 work 2 minutes less than step 1.
