NOEMI PAINT FOR EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES

NOEMI Eyebrow and eyelash dye is a hybrid dye.
This means that, just like brow henna, it leaves an imprint on the skin.

This allows you to create and correct beautiful full eyebrows.

CARE

- Henna extract: also cares for and protects the hair structure. At the same time it protects against UV rays and hair breakage and provides fullness and shine and stimulates hair growth. (note: no henna powder! Henna extract, juice from the leaves, contains no pigment and does not cause allergies)

- Olive oil: protects against drying out and makes the hair/eyelashes shine.

- Green tea: Due to its composition, it strengthens and strengthens the hair/eyelashes, stimulates hair growth.

- Aloe Vera: restores lost moisture to dry hair. It strengthens the hair structure and revitalizes weak hair/eyelashes.

  HOW TO USE
  

  1. Cleanse the skin. It is recommended to use the Noemi Primer after cleaning.

  2. Mix the paint with the Noemi developer 3% in a ratio of 1:1
  Mix in a non-metallic container until smooth.

  Let the mix rest for at least a minute before using it

  3. Apply the paint with a thin angled brow brush. For example the Synthetic Creator no.5

  Do not apply the paint too thickly, but work in thin layers. If you want a darker color you can apply a second coat after the first coat has dried.

  4. The application time is 7-20 minutes and depends on the desired result.

  5. Remove the paint with a cotton pad moistened with water.
