To countries outside the European Union we ship with our national postal service: PostNL. Important: PostNL delivers to the border of your country and then your national postal company takes over. If your package is returned to us because you are late to pick it up, please contact us. Only when we have received your package can we resend it or refund your order (excluding shipping costs). We will also charge shipping costs again for resending.
