SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany if you order for more than €150 ex VAT.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.29 ex VAT. Shipping to Belgium and Germany costs €8.95 excl. VAT.
How quickly will my order be delivered? After we have received your order, we will ship it within 1 or 2 business days. This means that we will transfer your order to the shipping company PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS within 1 or 2 working days. We have no influence on how long it takes for the shipment. PostNL usually delivers within the Netherlands and Belgium the next working day.
If you ordered during the weekend or on a national holiday, we will ship your order on the next working day.
We have no influence on any delay caused by the shipping company. If your package is lost at the shipping company, we can only initiate an investigation 5 days after shipment. Depending on the situation and shipping company, the outcome of this investigation can also take approximately 5 days. We can only provide compensation for a missing package once the previous process has been completed.
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible. We only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us first by email info@browstarcosmetics.com before returning anything. After you have contacted us, you must return the package within 14 days. We do not reimburse the costs for return shipping. As soon as the package has been received in good order, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs (shipping costs to you and the return costs) will be credited. Crediting will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been credited.
I have received a wrong or damaged product, what now? If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours at browstarcosmetics@gmail.com. Do not open or use the product! Otherwise we cannot take it back.

€15 EU Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia
EU Zone 3: United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland.
