Free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany if you order for more than €150 ex VAT.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5,95 ex VAT. Shipping to Belgium €7,95  and Germany €8.95 excl. VAT.

 

How quickly will my order be delivered in Netherlands?

After we have received your order, we will ship it within 1 or 2 business days. This means that we will transfer your order to the shipping company PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS within 1 or 2 working days. We have no influence on how long it takes for the shipment. PostNL usually delivers within the Netherlands and Belgium the next working day.

If you ordered during the weekend or on a national holiday, we will ship your order on the next working day.

We have no influence on any delay caused by the shipping company. If your package is lost at the shipping company, we can only initiate an investigation 5 days after shipment. Depending on the situation and shipping company, the outcome of this investigation can also take approximately 5 days. We can only provide compensation for a missing package once the previous process has been completed.

Can I return my order?

Yes, in some cases this is possible, as we sell almost exclusively hygiene products, for which stricter regulations apply. Therefore, please carefully check what you order.

We only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging.

Please contact us first by email at info@browstarcosmetics.com before returning any items. After you have contacted us and we have approved the return, the package must be returned within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Once the package has been received in good order, the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs (shipping costs to you) will be refunded. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return. Please keep the return receipt until the refund has been credited.

I have received a wrong or damaged product, what now? If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours at info@browstarcosmetics.com Do not open or use the product! Otherwise we cannot take it back.

EU Zone 3: United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland.
