The ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion has been specially developed to mix with various cosmetic products from the ÉLAN professional line. This oxidizing emulsion is suitable for use in combination with eyebrow tint and brow bleaching powders in professional treatments.

To be mixed with ÉLAN systems

This oxidizing emulsion is formulated for use with ÉLAN Brow Gel Tint, the Smart Brow Tinting System, Ultramarine brow bleaching powder, and Carbon brow bleaching powder.
