ÉLAN x ASIA OxiPOWER Universal Oxidant is a universal oxidant for mixing with oxidative dyes and lightening powders from the ÉLAN professional line. OxiPOWER was developed as part of the ÉLAN × ASIA brow lightening system and is suitable for professional eyebrow treatments.

Stable mixture and rich colour

Thanks to its balanced formula, OxiPOWER ensures a stable consistency of the mixture, even application and deep penetration of the dye into the hairs. This helps to achieve a rich and long-lasting colour.

Important: OxiPOWER must be used together with BrowLIGHT eyebrow lightening cream when working with the ÉLAN × ASIA system.
