ÉLAN Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder

ÉLAN Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder is a professional eyebrow bleaching powder for lightening eyebrow hairs. The ultramarine pigments help prevent unwanted yellow undertones during eyebrow bleaching.

Nourishing formula for controlled bleaching

The formula contains a special conditioning liquidum complex that helps protect and nourish the eyebrow hairs during treatment. In addition, the complex gives extra elasticity to the bleaching mixture, making application more comfortable.

For light and intense techniques

With the LIGHT technique, eyebrow hairs can be lightened by 1 to 2 levels without subsequent eyebrow tinting. To do this, mix the Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder with ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:3.

With the INTENSE technique, eyebrow hairs can be lightened by 3 to 5 levels. To do this, mix the powder with ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:2. The processing time depends on the desired eyebrow color and the thickness of the hairs.

Instructions

LIGHT technique: lightening eyebrow hairs by 1–2 tone levels without eyebrow tinting

Mix «NEW FORMULA Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder» by TM ÉLAN professional line with Oxidizing Emulsion 3% by TM ÉLAN professional line in a 1:3 ratio, one part powder and three parts oxidizing emulsion.

Apply the lightening mixture to the thicker hairs first. Then spread the mixture over the eyebrows with a make-up brush.

Leave on for 1–3 minutes, depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.

Once the desired hair colour is achieved, remove the lightening mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.

Repeat the procedure if you wish to lighten the eyebrow hairs further.

Apply «ÉLAN professional line Cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» to the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Then remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

It is highly recommended to use «ÉLAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» as a leave-in treatment after eyebrow lightening.

ATTENTION! When repeating the lightening procedure, apply the lightening mixture only to the darker hair roots of the eyebrows with a thin make-up brush, for example ÉLAN professional line Professional Make-up Brush BLACKWOOD #1.

INTENSE technique: lightening eyebrow hairs by 3–5 tone levels

Mix «NEW FORMULA Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder» by TM ÉLAN professional line with Oxidizing Emulsion 3% by TM ÉLAN professional line in a 1:2 ratio, one part powder and two parts oxidizing emulsion.

Apply the lightening mixture to the thicker hairs first. Then spread the mixture over the eyebrows with a make-up brush.

Leave on for 5–15 minutes, depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.

Once the desired hair colour is achieved, remove the lightening mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
