Special Oxidant Developer 1.8% is specially developed for professional use in combination with our liquid eyelash and eyebrow dye. The gentle formula with a low peroxide content (1.8%) protects the hair structure during coloring and lamination, and ensures a rich, long-lasting color. Thanks to its supple texture, it mixes perfectly with the dye for a precise and even application. Packed in a hygienic 15ml tube.

Instructions
  • Mix the oxidant 1.8% in a ratio of 1:1 with the liquid hybrid dye
  • Stir until a smooth, even emulsion is formed.
  • Apply the mixture with a brush to clean, dry eyelashes or eyebrows.
  • Allow to develop according to the instructions of the hybrid dye used (usually 5–10 minutes).
  • Remove gently with a damp cotton pad.
  • Avoid contact with eyes for professional use only.
