Instructions

Mix Intense Black Liquid Tint in a 1:1 ratio with MAXYMOVA 1.8% Oxidant LASH. Stir until a smooth, even emulsion is formed. Apply the mixture with a brush to clean, dry eyelashes or eyebrows. Leave on according to instructions (usually 5–10 minutes). Carefully remove with a damp cotton pad.
