The formula has been specially developed for professional use in combination with the ULTRA BLACK liquid tint. Thanks to its creamy, thick texture, this oxidant can be perfectly mixed and applied, without dripping. With a low peroxide content of 1.8%, it protects the hair structure and minimizes damage during eyelash and eyebrow treatments. Ideal for long-lasting, deep color and a flawless finish. Packaged in a handy 15 ml tube for hygienic and precise use.

Instructions
  • Mix the 1.8% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio with the ULTRA BLACK liquid tint.
  • Stir until a smooth, creamy emulsion is formed.
  • Apply with a brush to clean, dry lashes or eyebrows.
  • Allow to work according to the dye instructions (usually 5–10 minutes).
  • Remove carefully with a damp cotton pad.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, for professional use only.
