Thanks to its stable formula, Noemi Cream Developer 6% is perfectly compatible with Noemi eyebrow dye. For maximum control over the developer's strength, simply mix the 6% with Noemi Solution Corrector 0%. This allows you to create a customized oxidant, for example, 3%, tailored to your hair type and desired result.

Instructions
  • Mix Noemi Solution Developer 6% with the desired NOEMI color or henna according to the indicated ratio.

  • Carefully remove the product and continue the treatment with care or fixation if desired.
