NOEMI | LASH LIFT | STEP 3 nourish

The third step in the NOEMI lash lit procedure. Use this step after step 2 or after dyeing the eyelashes. Step 3 is not colored, but has a transparent cream-like structure.

Step 3 nourishes, repairs and hydrates the eyelashes thanks to the following ingredients:

• Keratin
• Purslane (Portulaca Oleracea Extract)
• Sophora flavescens root extract
• Helianthus annuus seed oil (sunflower oil)
• Hyalorunic acid

Apply to clean eyelashes. Does not need to be removed.
