Noemi Liquid Solution 3% is the most fluid oxidant in the Noemi range and has been specially developed for airbrush applications.

Flexible to use with brush or airbrush

Mix the Noemi Liquid Developer with Noemi Cream or Gel dye until the desired consistency is achieved. Apply with a brush or airbrush, depending on the technique and desired effect. Observe the processing time according to the Noemi dye used.
