Prepare the skin for the treatment. Remove any make-up residue and cleanse the client's skin with OKO Lash&Brow Cloudy Foam Shampoo. Make sure the skin is dry before starting the procedure. Before using the wax, you can apply talcum powder to the desired area.
Heat the wax until it is completely melted. This can be done in a special wax melter.
Apply the wax with a wooden applicator in a thin, even layer to the area with unwanted hair growth. The wax is applied in the direction of hair growth. Wait a few seconds for the wax to harden into a film.
Fix the skin in the hair removal area by pulling it slightly. Remove the wax with one quick, sharp movement to avoid skin irritation. The wax is removed against the direction of hair growth.
After completing the hair removal procedure, remove the wax residues with a special oil or wax remover. Apply the product to the skin and then remove the residues with a cotton pad or warm water.
If there is significant redness of the skin after waxing, use a soothing product.
Be sure to apply SPF sunscreen after the procedure.
